This site, callpestpros.com, is operated by Call Pest Pros ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at hello@callpestpros.com. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect on this website: almost nothing

This website has no contact forms, no account system, and no advertising pixels. We use Cloudflare's privacy-first web analytics to count page views and understand basic traffic patterns; it is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. We set no cookies of our own. Our web server and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) process standard technical request data (IP address, approximate city-level location, browser type) to serve the site, show you a phone number local to your area, and maintain security.

Advertising platforms that bring you here (for example Microsoft Advertising) may add click identifiers to the web address; these are processed as part of the request data described above to measure which ads work.

What we collect when you call

Calling is the whole point of this service, so this is where data actually flows. When you call a number on this site, we and our call-routing providers process:

• your phone number (caller ID) and the time and length of the call;
• a recording of the call, where permitted — you will hear a notice before recording begins;
• information you share on the call, such as your ZIP code and a description of your pest problem.

We use this to connect you with an independent local pest control provider, to measure which advertising brought the call, to get paid by our partner network, and for quality assurance and fraud prevention.

Who we share it with

When you ask to be connected with a pest control provider, your call — and with it your caller ID and what you describe — is routed to our partner network and the independent provider who takes your call. That sharing is the service. Providers and networks handle your information under their own privacy practices once connected. We also use service providers for call routing and hosting (for example, telephony and cloud infrastructure vendors) who process data only to provide those services. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone for their own unrelated marketing.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others with comparable laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to request a copy, to ask us to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as those laws define them. Because connecting you with a provider in exchange for compensation may count as "sharing" under some of these laws, we honor opt-out requests — see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. This site sets no cookies, and our only analytics — Cloudflare's cookieless page-view counter — neither identifies you nor sells or shares your data, so there is nothing browser-side to opt out of.

To exercise any right, email hello@callpestpros.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will verify and respond within the time your state's law requires. We will never treat you worse for exercising a privacy right.

Retention and security

Call records and recordings are kept as long as needed for the purposes above — typically to resolve billing with our partners and meet legal obligations — and then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we deliberately collect little.

Children

This service is for homeowners and renters 18+. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. A material change (for example, ever adding forms or analytics) gets a clearly visible note here.
